Domain: $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']
Page: $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']
Variables: $_SERVER['QUERY_STRING']

So:

$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'] . $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] . '?' .
$_SERVER['QUERY_STRING']
