Weather you're running IIS on Windows or Apache on a Unix/Linux system there's
usually software packages available that let you setup a PHP and MySQL
configuration on your system. I mention MySQL since that option has to be built
into the PHP installation and may want to take care of that now instead of
trying to sort that out later.
