Why do you want to know the maximum width for text, paragraph, division,
etc.
Every person have their own browser setup and screen resolution. Some
people set their browser full screen and others with a dimension of e.g.
800x600.
Oh, don't forget the blind and the bad sight people. Most of those
people are using a text- or text-to-speak browsers.
The best thing is to set the font size in e.g. percentage or em and for
the width of e.g. the content box in percentage. That way the pages is
flexible for all kind of font sizes, browser setup and screen resolutions.
