I've done away with h1 etc... and resized the image.

As for the above I've tried everything I can think of but still can't
maintain a fixed height for the banner and not have the text grow out of
it after just a few bumps of the mouse wheel. :(
I'm not saying it can't be done, just that I haven't been able to do
it...yet :)
