Thx for reply. As far as I know (and from what I found here
http://paste.php.lv/2967/) Privoxy use 8118 and Tor 9150.

Does ini_set('proxy','tcp://localhost:8080'); set proxy for ALL tcp
GET/POST/HEAD etc... from PHP?
