Is it possible to send a form via Email in an HTML format?

I created the form and page and it looks great in a browser :
http://www.northwoodsart.com/MinocquaChamber/Email2007_04_21.html

But when I copy the code and send it as an E-mail using CFMAIL, I get a
bunch of submit/reset type buttons.

Can this be done?
