It's a VirtualPC instance - I keep it around to test unusual setups. :-)

IE: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)
Safari: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en) AppleWebKit/419
(KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/419.3
Unlike IE, my Safari instance is up to date.
