I wish I had clients as forgiving as you. The notices shouldn't be
there but it's fairly trivial for the developers to suppress errors on
each script if they don't have time to track down all the errors giving
rise to these notices. Should be their problem, not yours.
I'd be wondering if they had also coded assuming register_globals is on.
