I've got a client who uses Fasthosts. From my experience I wouldn't
touch them with a bargepole. Try having scripts mysteriously stop
working because they have changed things without letting you know.
As I recall you don't get GD functions with the Windoze offering either
so even if you get the permissions sorted you are buggered for uploading
and resizing images.
