so the question, how can I grab only the email address from
$arrEmailAddresses array above for replacement of the $to in the line
below?
$mail->AddAddress($to);
ie: replace as follows: "if joe, then use joe@serverlcom from array"
$mail->AddAddress($arrEmailAddresses);
