I somehow think that this would take more than 20 years. Spain's Muslim
population now stands at about 3%. Whatsmore, Spain's immigration rate is
the highest in Europe, with almost half a million immigrants arriving each
year. The majority of these immigrants come from Latin America and the EU.
Whatsmore, the Spain is a monarchy. The King of Spain retains the right to
veto any act of parliament; or to dissolve parliament and call a new
election. The royal family, being Catholics, would likely object to the
establishment of Islam as an official state religion.
That said, Muslims have just as much right to "total control over Spain" as
anyone else does -- particularly taking into account the fact that they
ruled over Spain for hundreds of years before being driven out by the
Christian kingdoms of Castille and Aragon. If you visit Spain, you can
still see many of the Moorish (Islamic) palaces -- I particularly recommend
visiting Aljafería in Zaragoza.

Assuming you're writing about the current Darfur conflict, I think you're
misunderstanding the motivations behind it.
Firstly, it is not (primarily) religiously motivated. Islam has been a
popular religion in the Sudan for nearly 700 years -- it's nothing new.
The current conflict is between Arab Muslims and Black African Muslims. If
the Muslims in Sudan wished to strengthen their position, they'd surely be
attacking the southern areas of Sudan, where the majority of the country's
non-Muslim population live -- they wouldn't be attacking fellow Muslims.
Although the conflict appears to have some racial motivation too, the main
reason for the current conflict is that Darfur, an area in the west of the
Sudan wants partial, or even total independence. This is because the people
of Darfur view the Sudanese government as being economically neglectful of
the region.
"About a million of the black people" have not been killed -- the number is
probably closer to 300,000. (Nonetheless that is 300,000 too many!)
