Presumably something like this:
$matrix3x3 = array( array( 1, 3, 4), array(2, 5, 7,), array(3, 1, 2));
imageconvolution($image, $matrix3x3, 0.9, 0.3);
would so something... interesting... to your image.
If you want random, just plug in random numbers for all the numbers
above... It won't be PRETTY, most likely, but it should work.
