There is a space in IE as well, but only above the "The Mozilla Company" 
box.

Sorry, can't translate that sentence. 
 
I will guess that your problem is some combination of all those px's 
throughout your style sheet. Since both browsers show it incorrect, it 
must be a design flaw. 
 
Oh, points are for printing. Use percentages or em units instead.
