Well, there is more than just an editor:
Editor: PSPad, with subversion and database scripts
Database frontend: SQLyog
Repository: Subversion
Log viewer: BareTail (just great to have the MySQL querylog open and
scrolling over the screen)
Logging proxy (if needed): Achilles
Unit test library: TinyUnit (my own)
Functional testing: Selenium
