Hi,

I want to create an 'RSVP' submit button that sends the invitee's
email address to the host.

I realise I can do this easily by creating a name or email text field,
but I would like to make it as easy for the invitee as possible to
simply click 'RSVP' or 'Decline' and be done.

Is this possible? Is user input required?
