For straight copying of the file, without care for preserving the data, the
easiest way is to simply copy the data files - they'll be under the
mysql/data directory. Each database is one folder - in your case (if you're
the Paul I think you are :) ) it should be all in one folder. You'll have
two or three files for each table. Just use FTP to copy them.

For copying and appending data, I have a tool already built for that, but I
think it's on a different computer, so I'll have to find it.

It's not MySQL specific, but try alt.php.sql, too
