Create a directory called "PEAR" somewhere in your webspace, create a
directory called "HTTP" within that, and then download HTTP_Request
from PEAR's website, and place "Request.php" within the "HTTP" directory
you've created.
Then add the PEAR directory to your include paths.
You may find you need to manually install some other PEAR modules similarly.
