That depends on the definition of "professional". There are so much bad
php developers out there calling themself professionals - only because
they earing some bucks for creating low end websites.
@topic
100% of the really professional developers are *able* to develop OOP.
If they will make use of OOP depends on the task and goals to fulfil.
Professional developers surly will use OOP more often then amateurs.
OOP is just the better way of developing complex applications.
