me is confused.
I've worked with voice and strange PPP/POTs configs. Can you be a bit more
specific. Do you expect the system to 'speak' a message to the on-call
person? Bridge a call? Establish a PPP/POTs link so they can start fixing
the problem? What hardware/OS have you got? Why don't you do it on your
phone switch?
