I appreciate the honesty and insight.
I live in Silicon Valley which is San Jose, California / USA very expensive
to do anything in this area.
I was going to quote a flat price of $500.00 U.S. for setting up a complex
form, the client side validation, creating the DB, and setting up an email
auto responder that sent an email to the client everytime a user registered
with the registrants information, and an autoresponder that went to the
client that allowed them to complete their registration process.
I was given the impression that something like this would price out around
$1500 US dollars.
