I need to do the following:
passthru ("curl 'http://weaUG.com/[get a radar gif]' > radar.gif");
echo "<img ... radar.gif>";

however my provider has Safe_Mode = on :-(

Is there another command ie: remote_url_get ("http.....");
and have that go right to the screen?
