I lean more toward programming because I enjoy it, but the goal of the
programming _is_ the design and interoperation of the page, to be sure.
It's likely that if I knew Flash as well as I know html and related, I'd be
making my sites with el Flash as prime rendering mode coupled to an html
fallback. From what I've seen, you can do more with Flash and don't suffer
from the prevading anomalies rampant in the html "standards" and the
browsers' associated interpretations (and flaws) thereof.
