If the business model is a sound one, you should have no trouble getting
financing from a bank or similar.
Nothing against your idea - but I'm with Geoff on this one. Good
programmers don't work on the promise of "future profits". They work
for cash because they like to eat.
If you want a good programmer, expect to pay the going rate, in cash -
not "future profits".
