What did you suspect? You did not specify your problem. What is it?
You know nothing about CSS? You want to convert tables to divs? You
want to find the best practice to build your webpage? You want to
learn about incompatibility of some browsIErs? Or what?
Specify your problem or.. learn the stuff :P
If you want, you may try to ask on pl.comp.www - they may help you
with CSS.
