Yes, my examples could have been more specific to his tasks.
A CSS example like "h3 {........" would have been better.
The comment starting "...when CSS is off..." is unclear.
The op was worrying about coloring things _with_
CSS and is using CSS in separate files. What are you trying to
get at?
