Besides, there is no CSS3, except as a hype buzzword for a mixed collection
of more or less sketchy drafts, most of which have remained at working draft
level for years.
I wonder how people regularly miss the disclaimers:
"This is a draft document and may be updated, replaced or obsoleted by other
documents at any time. It is inappropriate to cite this document as other
than work in progress."
