MySQL != SQL Server.
So it's not clear what products you have in mind here.
If you can be more clear, I'm sure folks can give suggestions.
One possible way if you mean mysql to MS SQL Server 2005 is to try to get an
ODBC driver for the mysql db setup and set it up as a linked datasource and
SQL Server can pull against that with a SSIS (DTS) package.
