(1) What are these "Z" properties in your stylesheet? Zbackground-color:
.... if you are temporarily disabling something then use comments characters

/* disabled-property: value; */

(2) clear: top?

More like: none | left | right | both | inherit

(3) <p class="article-title">Aims of Lambeth Family Link</p> ?

"Aims of Lambeth Family Link" is not really a paragraph, wold not a
secondary level heading be more appropriate?
