Seems pointless converting it to XML then? You don't really need to
reparse the data to get it into a database...? Unless you are doing
something at the server end that you're not explaining. This is how
BSJ works:

(client updating content)

html form > post > bridge (ASP) > SQL > database

(client reading content)

flash > request data > bridge (ASP) (SQL query of the DB) > XML >
flash reads XML

I'm not sure if adding an extra XML ("convert to XML document") step
would do anything when posting data to a DB...
