Zend Studio.
Zend did a lot of the work on developing PHP and is the best established PHP
company out there.
It's got a free evaluation for like a month, and then costs $100 - $200 for
the "enterprise" version.
The cash allows you to call their help-line as much as you want, with even
the dumbest questions.
One of the features you'll probably like best is the fact that it has a
setting that allows you to sort-of emulate the VS.Net environment.
So all your keyboard shortcuts and stuff will work the same.
