HE is...that's lower than the cost it requires to keep

btw, is there such a title as 'best programmer in the world'? man, if that
doesn't immediately identify the age maturity of his mental process, i don't
know what would. we're dealing with a 7 year old trapped in a 27 year old
body! that's just sad.
