Who in hell actually believes that? Every single CSS tag? You don't even
use CSS! Please provide screen shots as to exactly what the effects are;
at least explain what the effects are.
Besides, it seems to work okay with a 4.01 DTD. I think someone is just
trying to stand out by being 'different'.
"each of the various DTDs" as if there is a standard set of DTDs =D
