It's quite possible that it's a matter of perception ... but I do
believe that the average psychiatrist would agree with me.
Too busy? Now why is that? Could it be because you have higher
priorities than goosing OMH? Could it be that you'd really prefer to
devote more time to ... say, your family? Your business? Your bowel
movements? ANYthing other than OMH?
That prioritizing would indicate a healthy mental state. Placing
"goosing" OMH above any of those things would be ... unhealthy, to say
the least.

I understand that I "employ" several "consultants" as contractors. To
the one paying the bills, a consultant is just a more expensive
contractor. You just have better negotiation skills. :)
But then, I am a bit on the jaded side.
