but what is this doing then:

<html>
<head></head>
<body>
<FORM ACTION="test.php"><INPUT TYPE=SUBMIT NAME="hello"
VALUE="Delete"> </FORM>
</body>
</html>

it is certainly going to that test.php form with the ?hello=Delete
post thing..
