Can anyone advise me on how to get a bug re-opened on bugs.php.net? The bug
report was marked "no feedback". I am not the author, but I have run into
the same problem. I added a comment to the report, but it is still "no
feedback" and I guess it will stay there forever.
The bug in question is: http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=37730
The problem is that the GD function ImageTTFBBox() returns the wrong values
for text at angles other than zero. The original author of the bug report
posted a script, but the maintainer wanted his font. A second person posted
a script, and the maintainer had issues with it. I think this is a real
problem and I have my own reproduce script, but I don't know what to do
with it and I don't want the bug report to get lost.
