Naw, in the late 70's and early 80's it became more mainstream. It
still is in a lot of circles.
What I'm talking about it the age of GOTO's, etc. COBOL, FORTRAN, etc.
Much different than what we have available in a lot of languages today.
Even COBOL has an OO version now...
