Depending upon how many pages there are, if it's a relatively small
site, whipping out the characters as text with your fingers may actually
be a benefit. You can set <p>, <ul>, <ol>, <table>, etc. as you go. Then
format and menu them later.
Of course, that really, really depends on how many pages there are ;-)
