No variables needed, just a simple foreach loop and a little sanity
check. Something like:
if (isset($_POST['SelfDevelopmentInterest']) &&
is_array($_POST['SelfDevelopmentInterest'])) {
foreach ($_POST['SelfDevelopmentInterest'] as $value) {
// print out your stuff the way you like
print $value;
...
}
}
