You might prefer Notepad++ -- which is BASED on SciTE but has
more features (SciTE itself is primarily the editing libraries with their
editor being more of a demo of what SciTE can do than being intended
as a primary editor.)
Notepad++ for light work, and PHP Eclipse or the PDT Eclipse for
serious work seems to be the way to go.
