Some flavor of server side scripting, some SQL database knowledge,

Just HTML? none, Web? Everything from a mom and pop small business to
Disney (ABC Sports) and SnoopDogg's site.

Depends where you are and if you want a job with a company or if you
just want contract work. In the US, look at getting a headhunter and
places like craigslist.com
If you want to make some REAL money, learn how to program Flash. I
charge almost 200% more for Flash /video work than for non Flash work.
