You can run ASP on IPlanet, you can run php on IIS. He's definitely

Welllll. The mySql support might be an exception. As I recal ASP
would use odbc rather than native calls.

PHP is interpreted so i'd say this one's a tie. All depends on how
much hardware you have. :)
