OMD is an idiot and one of the worst Usenet trolls. You can safely put
him into your killfile - you won't miss anything.
AFAIK there's no special FAQ related to these PHP groups, but you can
find enough stuff on Google. If you need some special informations or
have a problem, just ask here or in <news:comp.lang.php> (preferred).
