Try downloading and installing www.apache2triad.net. Double click the file
and Apache, PHP, MySQL, Perl and everything you need will be installed and
configured on your computer. I don't know about windows 2003 web edition,
but it works great on XP home and pro. If you are running IIS, just set
Apache to run on port 82 and there will be no problem.
