Yes. You learn every shit that someone thought was a good idea to do
when PHP3 was new.
You will learn good software design neither from the documentation of
the language nor from some arbitrary sources on the net.
So don't listen to hin, buy a book. E.g. "PHP design patterns" for
advances learning.
