You should inform the ones in charge that Internet Explorer may no longer be
used in a couple of years. Also, more people may wish to view the pages on
their PDA in a year or two.

I pointed this out at the top of the message. You can construct pages that
work under strict conditions, or you can stick to standards and benefit
greatly in the long run. Any time you build a page improperly, all you do
is leave more corrective work to some day in the future. It is
procrastination.
