All,

I have a problem where I have a page that is abused. I can't explain how or
it may result in more abuse :-)
How can I reject connections to this web page that do not have a PTR? I
have used open proxy's before to go to web sites and was rejected every once
in a while either because I didn't have an PTR or was accessing the page
via an Open Proxy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
