A project manager doesn't build the house you twit. He make decisions on
technologies used, resources employed, the allocation of tasks, milestones
to be hit and minds the budget.

There may even be an seperate arhitect or the job is bundled with the PM.

Some may use a modicum of flash for presentation, but of course if youre a
serious outfit you'll provide a non-flash version. Like Ford do.

Why do you think they provide a no-flash version? Why do think critical
functionality of the site is always non-flash (in both versions)? Do all
flash sites make great sites for search engine optimisation?

You dodged this question as well. Would i want you to use obscure
techniques to build my website, or would i want you to use standard, widely
used tools?

Christ what are you waffling on about. Two simple questions and you managed
to fuck it up.
