Do you get free hosting from Yahoo? If so, I doubt they will do much on the
matter. Perhaps you can convince the support layer to push people up above
to remove their spyware snippets or at least make it all valid.

When Yahoo took over Geocities several years back, they got my homepage too
and embedded nasty JavaScript in it. It pissed me off. One wonders if they
will do the same to Flickr.

I'm behind you, but you might want to tell your hosts about it too. It would
give them a reason to do something on the matter.

Depending on the terms and conditions of the service, you might get some
quote of a paragraph which permits them to do what they do.
