Is it time for and xml feed from smarty.php.net/index.xml
something like
<xml>
<stable>x.y.z</stable>
patch=y.z.a - this n that -
candidate=z.a.d
homepage=smarty.php.net
icon/
icon/favicon.ico|png|svg|etc
etc.etc.etc
</xml>
Or rss feed - and the little 'smartiezz.tpl' template that I can {sneak
tyle='subtely'} into that <div='little_corner'>there</div> .. with all
withinn .. ;-)
Something along those lines...
