Someone finally hit the nail on the head. 
Too often the newsgroups are just someone's excuse to be a pissant. 
That said, I want to say that I do understand where Stefan's coming from.  
The problem though, is that too often someone is deep in a project, and some  
minor thing (to someone standing outside), for some reason ends up being a  
hair-pulling problem. It's not the time, when asking for a hand, to get sent  
to your 'correspondance course.'
